                  DESIGN THINKING PROCESS
The design thinking process is made up of five stages. Each stage helps you move from
understanding a problem to building and testing a solution. The process is flexible—you can go
back and repeat stages as needed to improve your solution.

                                                                                    1 Empathise

                  Empathise

This stage involves understanding the user’s needs, problems and motivations. This is achieved
through observation, interviews, surveys and other research methods. The goal is to gain a deep
understanding of the user’s perspective and context.

                  Define

In this stage, the problem is clearly defined based on the insights gained during the empathise
stage. The problem statement should be human-centred and focus on the user’s needs.

                  Ideate

This stage involves generating a wide range of potential solutions to the defined problem.
Brainstorming, sketching and other creative techniques are used to explore different possibilities.
The goal is to generate a large quantity of ideas, without initially focusing on feasibility.
